Pay Rate: $68 - $70/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,448 - $3,360/week (depending on scheduled week)
Serve as the Night House Supervisor overseeing hospital operations, staff support, patient flow, regulatory compliance, and clinical decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills in an acute care hospital environment.
Active RN license (AZ or compact state)
Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience preferred
Previous charge nurse, supervisor, or leadership experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Joint Commission standards
Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to maintain professional supervisor/staff boundaries
Team-oriented and adaptable
BLS – Required
ACLS – Required
PALS – Required
Critical Access Hospital
This is NOT a 7-on / 7-off position
Scheduled primarily during weeknights when the current supervisor is off
Orientation will be completed with the current House Supervisor on weekends
Alternating schedule of 36 and 48 hours weekly
