Job summary

Courtyard Rehab is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care in a faith‑based skilled nursing setting. The role requires supervising RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aids, along with coordinating admissions, assessments, and daily activities.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in good standing and values teamwork, documentation accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates
• Other duties as assigned
