Acadia Healthcare’s Coastal Pines Behavioral Health in St. Augustine, FL invites a RN House Supervisor to lead nursing operations at our new 144-bed behavioral health facility.

The role manages the day-to-day nursing staff, ensures adequate staffing for 12-hour day shifts, and coordinates with physicians and treatment teams to deliver high-quality psychiatric care. Required: current Florida RN license, BSN preferred, and leadership experience (charge RN or supervisor).

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or higher nursing degree.
• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in leadership roles, especially as a charge RN or nurse supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations of the facility.
• Ensure staffing meets patient care needs and acuity requirements.
• Lead shift on admissions, discharges, and coordination with the medical team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and patient safety standards.
• Document clinical information, med administration, and care plans.
• Mentor and train staff to ensure quality, compassionate care.
