Job summary

Saint Simons By The Sea is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to lead a dedicated care team in a 101-bed behavioral health hospital on St Simons Island, GA.

In this full-time on-site role you will coordinate daily operations, direct staff, and ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment, while partnering with the UHS network for clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires current license to practice nursing in Georgia.
• Three years supervisory experience in inpatient setting preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated care team to deliver quality patient services.
• Coordinate daily operations of the treatment program and ensure smooth staff workflow.
• Provide direction to staff and uphold standards of compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
