Universal Health Services' Roxbury Treatment Center in Shippensburg, PA, seeks an RN House Supervisor for dayshift oversight. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of staff, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with medical leadership.

Shift pattern includes 6:30 am–7:00 pm with alternating weekends/holidays. The role requires PA RN licensure, psychiatric healthcare experience preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Two years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania

Responsabilités

• Ensure coordinated delivery of patient care in collaboration with Medical Staff, DON, and facility leaders.
• Provide supervision to nursing staff and conduct chart audits for compliance with assessments, treatment planning, and daily progress notes.
• Review incident reports and ensure immediate action and documentation to safeguard patients.
• Direct supervision of nursing staff, patients, and patient care during shifts.
• Work with Intake regarding admissions, discharges, and transfers during the shift.

Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work the dayshift to provide administrative and clinical supervision to all facility staff.

We have a position open on each of the following shifts: 6:30 am to 7:00 pm with a every other weekend and holiday rotation

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient carein collaboration with the Medical Staff, DON, and other facility leaders.
• Provides supervisionto the nursing staffand conducts chart audits to ensure compliance with assessment, treatment planning, and daily progress notes.
• Reviews incident reports and ensure immediate action and documentation to ensure patient safety.
• Responsible for direct supervision of the nursing staff, patients, and patient care during their shift.
• Work closely with the Intake and Admissions Department regarding patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during the shift.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

License: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
