Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of patient care with Medical Staff, DON, and facility leaders.
• Supervise nursing staff and conduct chart audits for assessments and treatment plans.
• Review incident reports and document actions to ensure patient safety.
• Direct supervision of nursing staff, patients, and care during the shift.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with Intake during the shift.

Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work the dayshift to provide administrative and clinical supervision to all facility staff.

We have a position open on each of the following shifts: 6:30am-7:00pm or 6:30 am to 7:00 pm with a every other weekend and holiday rotation

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient carein collaboration with the Medical Staff, DON, and other facility leaders.
• Provides supervisionto the nursing staffand conducts chart audits to ensure compliance with assessment, treatment planning, and daily progress notes.
• Reviews incident reports and ensure immediate action and documentation to ensure patient safety.
• Responsible for direct supervision of the nursing staff, patients, and patient care during their shift.
• Work closely with the Intake and Admissions Department regarding patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during the shift.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

License: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
