Lifepoint Health's Beckett Springs Dublin campus is seeking a Registered Nurse – House Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations on 12-hour day shifts. The role focuses on staffing, patient care oversight, and ensuring high-quality clinical support across the unit.

You will lead scheduling, monitor attendance, provide backup nursing and intake assistance, and coach staff while maintaining a calm, patient-centered environment. A strong nursing background in behavioral health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Must have or obtain RN license as required by the state.
• Experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of employment.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scheduling and Staffing for the nursing department, ensuring coverage and minimizing overtime.
• Monitor staff attendance, maintain records, and assist payroll.
• Provide backup nursing and intake assistance, respond to patient needs and advocate for patients.
• Supervise hospital operations when leadership is absent and coach staff.
• Conduct staff evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Provide intake department support as necessary.
