Beckett Springs Dublin, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse - House Supervisor. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with three 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm in West Chester, Ohio.

You will lead scheduling and staffing for the nursing department, oversee operations in the absence of administration, and coach staff to ensure quality patient care. Requirements include an Associate's degree in nursing, an active RN license, CPR and de-escalation certifications

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling and staffing for the nursing department, ensure coverage, minimize overtime and agency use, and approve or deny time-off request.
• Monitor staff attendance, maintain records of tardiness and absences, and assist the Nurse Manager with payroll.
• Provide backup nursing and intake assistance, respond to patient needs, and advocate for patients.
• Supervise hospital operations when administration is not present, oversee staff performance, and provide coaching and education as needed.
• Conduct staff evaluations and deliver disciplinary actions professionally and promptly.
• Provide support to the intake department as necessary.
