Job summary

Beckett Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as House Supervisor in West Chester, OH. This full-time role involves 36-hour weeks across 3 shifts (7:00 am–7:30 pm) and oversight of daily nursing operations in a behavioral health setting.

You will coordinate staffing, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care while collaborating with the Nurse Manager and intake teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state where the facility operates.
• 1 year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• De-escalation certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and staffing for the nursing department, ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
• Provide back-up nursing and intake assistance, respond to patient needs.
• Supervise hospital operations in absence of administrative leadership and coach staff.
• Conduct staff evaluations and deliver disciplinary actions as needed.
