Job summary

Lake Huron Medical Center is seeking a part-time House Supervisor (RN) for day shifts. You will supervise the department and oversee patient care delivery, coordinating staff and after-hours procedures to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

Requirements include current RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days of hire, and 3+ years acute care nursing with supervisory experience preferred. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• One year prior experience as a Supervisor preferred.
• Minimum of three years acute care nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all department service functions on shift.
• Supervise staff house-wide and monitor delivery of care.
• Assist with scheduling after-hours procedures and standby staff.
• Enhance patient/family experience through explanations of hospital policies.
