Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Administrative representative in the absence of Administration.
• Provide supervision, leadership and support to staff; serve as a resource for advice.
• Ensure quality care for patients in assigned areas.
• Handle patient and family dynamics professionally.
• Demonstrate ability to provide age-appropriate care and collect health data.
