Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership to unit staff and ancillary departments.
• Coordinate hospital-wide activities during crises and transfers.
• Lead safety and disaster planning and ensure patient safety.
• Monitor capacity and bed planning; manage throughput for timely placements.
• Collaborate with physicians and Rapid Response for optimal patient placement.
