Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a House Supervisor RN for the Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. This full-time role oversees nursing services on a shift, coordinates staff, and ensures high-quality patient care within our inpatient rehabilitation unit.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• One year of recent acute care experience required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
