Job summary

Westpark Springs in Richmond, Texas is seeking a House Supervisor RN to oversee nursing and psychiatric care during assigned shifts. You will supervise staffing, assist with scheduling and payroll, and provide direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN license per state regulations is required.
• 1 year of psychiatric health care facility experience preferred.
• 1 year leadership/management experience preferred.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning and external review comms is preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing and hospital operations during assigned shifts to ensure quality care.
• Supervises staffing, scheduling, and payroll coordination with the Director of Nursing.
• Provides direct nursing care and coaching to staff; conducts evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards (TJC, Medicaid, state and federal laws).
• Assists with department meetings and intake coordination as needed.
