This leadership role blends clinical practice with staff coordination, requiring RN licensure, CPR/De-escalation certification, and solid communication skills to support recovery and safety in our behavioral health services.

Qualificações

• RN licensed in state.
• Graduate from a BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations in psychiatric units.
• Provide direct patient care as an RN when needed.
• Coordinate scheduling, education, and disciplinary actions for staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate nursing documentation and treatment plans.
