• Ensure staffing levels and manage call-offs; maintain patient safety.
• Document nursing care, MARs, logs; coordinate physician orders.
• Lead on shift for admissions/discharges; mentor staff as needed.
• Ensure facility compliance with regulatory standards and quality care.
