• Coordinate nursing service activities through charge nurses.
• Review staffing patterns and adjust daily staff schedules.
• Inform the Director of Nursing Services of activities, needs, problems.
• Oversee infection control and environmental safety measures.
• Provide guidance and counseling to designated shift personnel.
