Job summary

MercyOne in Newton, IA, is seeking a House Supervisor to provide 24-hour clinical coordination and serve as on-site nursing leadership during off shifts and weekends. You will oversee patient care continuity across Med/Surg, OB, SCU, ER, and OR and act as a liaison with department directors and hospital administration.

The role requires BSN (or equivalent), Iowa RN license, and at least two years of clinical RN experience.

Qualifications

• BSN or other bachelor’s degree required.
• Current unrestricted Iowa RN license.
• Minimum of two years clinical RN experience; Med/Surg, ER, SCU, OB preferred.

Responsibilities
