Job summary

You will assist in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing services, supervise nursing staff, maintain department operations and patient throughput, and report to a Nursing Manager or Director. Required qualifications include WA RN license, BLS, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating delivery of patient care.
• Provide administrative direction to development and evaluation of nursing personnel; assist in maintaining operational aspects of hospital departments, including patient throughput.
• Reports to a Nursing Manager or Director.
