Supports administrative direction to development and evaluation of all nursing personnel; assists in maintaining operational aspects of hospital departments, including patient throughput. Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
