Job summary

HarborHCS is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in the Independence area. The role includes admissions, discharges, pronouncements, and supporting the Triage Nurse with assessments as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Missouri RN license with at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in Hospice or Home Health. Travel is required, and a clean background, drug screen, and driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Missouri required.
• 1+ year(s) of RN experience preferred.
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
