The Program Director Specialist RN is a dynamic, enterprise-level leader who provides operational, regulatory, and administrative support across multiple hospice programs. This role serves as a flexible resource to stabilize operations, ensure compliance, support growth initiatives, and guide teams through transitions such as leadership changes, system implementations, or special projects.
Working under the general direction of senior leadership, the Program Director Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance with hospice and Medicare/Medicaid requirements while strengthening operational performance and continuity of care across assigned programs. Must be willing to travel and spend at least 80% of time in assigned locations.

$126,000 - $141,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
