Qualifications

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years health-related experience with hospice supervision/admin in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership while promoting a positive, mission-driven work environment.
• Manage daily clinical and administrative operations across hospice services.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and accreditation standards; drive QA initiatives.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate end-of-life care.
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for financial sustainability.
• Foster communication with staff, patients, families, physicians, facilities and community partners.
