Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a seasoned RN Executive Director to lead our Ardmore team. You will oversee all operations, planning, implementing, and evaluating hospice services, coordinating patient care and guiding staff toward high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Reporting to the COO, you will provide strategic direction, operational management, and leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and continuous quality improvement across all services.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of management/supervisory experience in a hospice or home health agency.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, reimbursement systems, and healthcare management principles.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Understands hospice care and interdisciplinary team approach.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operations, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of hospice services.
• Lead the interdisciplinary team meetings and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and professional standards.
