Job summary

Namaste Hospice in Grand County, Colorado seeks an experienced RN to serve as Hospice Clinical Manager/Branch Manager at our Grand County drop site. This role blends direct patient care (about 75%) with leadership, staff development, and branch operations (about 25%).

Responsibilities include clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality end-of-life care, supervising staff, managing branch operations, coordinating with the IDG, and driving growth while ensuring compliance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
• Hospice, home health, palliative care, or related healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hospice nursing care, including admissions and routine visits.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; supervise and develop field staff.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team (IDG) and other professionals.
• Manage budgeting, resources, and performance to meet branch goals.
• Participate in after-hours on-call and leadership coverage.
