Job summary

Namaste Hospice in Grand County, Colorado, seeks an experienced RN to serve as Hospice Clinical Manager / drop site Manager. This role blends direct patient care (75%) with leadership of branch operations (25%), delivering high-quality end-of-life care while guiding staff and managing the drop site.

The RN must lead, supervise, and develop field staff, oversee branch operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
• Hospice, home health, palliative care, or related healthcare experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Grand County and surrounding communities.
• Live in or near Grand County.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hospice nursing care including admissions, routine visits, change-in-condition visits, and family education.
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and company policies.
• Promote high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care and participate in IDG care planning.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff; provide leadership and accountability for field staff.
