Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hospice nursing care including admissions, routine visits, change-in-condition visits, and death visits.
• Educate families and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead and develop field staff; conduct evaluations and training.
• Oversee day-to-day drop site operations and regulatory compliance.
• Manage branch financial performance and community outreach.
