Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Maryland license and hospice experience.
• Two years of progressive supervisory or leadership experience in hospice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interface with clients and staff.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to work sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff providing direct client care and assigned office colleagues.
• Ensure delivery of quality client care per physician orders and standards.
• Orient and develop managers, supervisors, and direct care staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Participate in agency leadership and strategic planning.
• Maintain timely, complete client care documentation for billing.
• Set goals aligned with mission and strategic plan.
