Job summary

Gulfside Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County field teams, delivering patient-centered care in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.

The RN manages an assigned caseload, develops individualized care plans, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and provides guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact State RN license required.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license required


• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred


• Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred


• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills


• Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team-based approach to care


• Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance required


• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
