Job summary

Gulfside Healthcare Services, Inc. is expanding its nursing team in the Tampa Bay area. We seek compassionate Registered Nurses to join our field teams across Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties to deliver patient-centered care in homes, assisted living, and SNFs.

We provide training and support from a collaborative interdisciplinary team, enabling relationships with patients while maintaining work-life balance. Active Florida RN license preferred; drivers and EMR proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact State RN license required.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned patient caseload and develops individualized care plans.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members; provides guidance to LPNs, CNAs and other care team members.
• Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Training is provided; we welcome RNs from all backgrounds to apply.

As Gulfside Healthcare Services continues to grow throughout Tampa Bay, we're expanding our nursing team to support lower patient ratios and more personalized patient care. We're seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County field teams and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.

At Gulfside, nurses have the time, support, and resources needed to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. The Registered Nurse manages an assigned patient caseload, develops individualized care plans, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and provides guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the care team. Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.

No hospice experience? That's okay! We provide training and encourage RNs from all backgrounds to apply.

Requirements

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license required
• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred
• Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team-based approach to care
• Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance required
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
