Job summary

Gulfside Healthcare Services is expanding its nursing team to support lower patient ratios and more personalized care across Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County communities. We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide patient-centered care in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.

No nights, weekends, or on-call. RNs will manage assigned caseloads, develop individualized care plans with physicians and the inter-disciplinary team,

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact State RN license required.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned patient caseload and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
• Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.

The Registered Nurse manages an assigned patient caseload, develops individualized care plans, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and provides guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the care team. Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.

No hospice experience? That’s okay! We provide training and encourage RNs from all backgrounds to apply.

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license required
• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred
• Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team-based approach to care
• Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance required
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
