Gulfside Healthcare Services is expanding its nursing team in West Pasco County to support lower patient ratios and more personalized patient care. We're seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our West Pasco field team, with other locations also available.

As an RN, you will manage an assigned patient caseload, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and provide guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license required
• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred
• Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team-based approach to care
• Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance required
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred

No hospice experience? That's okay! We provide training and encourage RNs from all backgrounds to apply.
