Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Nashport, OH to care for a young adult client at home. Part-time and PRN weekend shifts are available, with hourly pay of $30–$33.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to plan and provide skilled care, assess patient status, and document care and diagnoses. Must hold an active RN license in Ohio and current BLS, TB/Chest X-ray. Maxim offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray is current.
• BLS certification is current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
