Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for pediatric patients in home settings in Guysville, OH. The role covers enteral feeds and seizure management, with full-time, part-time and PRN options for day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X‑ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Shifts Available

Client A: Friday - Monday 9am-7pm | Nights Flexible

Client B: Monday, Wednesday 9am-6pm | Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications
