Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for an adult patient at home in Belpre, OH. Night shifts are available across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles, with a schedule such as Friday and Sunday nights.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state where practicing.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray documentation.
• Current BLS card recognized for nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
