Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide pediatric home health care in Proctorville, OH. This part-time and PRN role offers DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS with an hourly pay of $30.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders while documenting patient progress and coordinating with families and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in OH.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Shifts Available

Days: Wednesday, Thursday 8am-4pm

Nights: Sunday - Saturday 10pm-8am
