Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home pediatric care in South Point, OH. Positions available: full-time, part-time, and PRN. DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS are listed with specific schedules. Nurses work across assignments in patients’ homes, delivering skilled care under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where practice will occur.
• TB test or Chest X-ray must be current.
• BLS certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition and document findings.

Saturday 9am-5pm

Nights

Tuesday - Thursday 9pm-9am *flexible*

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
