Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pickerington, OH to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where practice is required.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

• Client A: Saturday, Sunday | 8am-4pm
• Client B: Friday | 8am-4pm
• Client C: Saturday, Sunday | 8am-4:30pm
• Client C: Monday - Wednesday | 10:30pm-7am

Responsibilities
