Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for RN and LPN roles to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. Earn hourly pay with weekly paychecks and comprehensive health benefits.

This role offers private duty nursing in a home-care setting with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and documenting patient status.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
