Nurses at Home is a new home health company seeking dedicated RN clinical case managers in Hartford, Middlesex & Litchfield Counties. Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of hospital or homecare experience and proficiency in completing OASIS. We value nurses with positive attitudes, proficiency, warmth, and dedication, offering top industry rates.

Initially, we are hiring several per diem RN nurses, with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads increase or to remain part-time/per diem.
