Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. The position offers hourly pay of $30–$33 with competitive benefits and weekly payroll.

Candidates must hold an LPN/LVN license in the practicing state and have BLS certification; prior nursing experience is preferred. This role supports home-based care across various assignments and locations.

Formación

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state where practice is required.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray as per policy.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data from health care team and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
