Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for an adult client in Wickenburg, AZ, with day shifts. The role requires experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.

Compensation includes competitive pay ($36–$40/hour) and weekly paychecks, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision, HSA, PTO, and a 401(k). You will apply nursing processes to plan and coordinate patient care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate as required by contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing process.
• Initiate plan of care and revise as patient status changes.
• Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physician or supervisor.
• Administer medications and monitor intervention effectiveness.
• Review care plans and coordinate education, goals, and discharge planning.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for Registered Nurses in Wickenburg, to work with an Adult patient in their own home, for day shifts.

The the nurse would need to have previous G-tube, Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
