Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in homes across South Point and Ironton, OH. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with day and night shifts. You will assess patients using the nursing process, plan and implement care, and document findings.

Requirements include an active OH RN license, BLS, and TB/Chest X-ray clearance. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Formación

• Active RN license in OH

• Current BLS certification

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing diagnoses and care data.

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Point, OH and Ironton, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!

South Point Shifts Available:

• Days: Tuesday, Saturday 9am-5pm
• Nights: Tuesday - Thursday 9pm-9am *flexible*

Ironton Shifts Available:

• Days: Thursday, Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
