Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pickerington, OH to provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in their home. Opportunities include Full-time, Part-time and PRN positions with DAY and NIGHT shifts.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and delivering high-quality patient care per orders. Qualifications include active RN license, TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS certification.

Formación

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• TB test or chest X-ray per facility policy.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team.

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pickerington, OH to work with adult patients in their home. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHTSHIFTS!

Shifts Available

Days: Saturday, Sunday 7am-5pm

Nights: Sunday - Saturday 11pm-7am

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
