Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed to practice as an RN in Ohio.
• Need to have a valid Current BLS card and TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Experience in patient care preferred.

• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.

Salary: $30 - $40 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Bidwell, OH to work with a pediatric patient in their home. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY, EVENING and NIGHT SHIFTS during the weekdays and weekends!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
