Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting. The role requires applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, with open shifts in the evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include focused interviews, data collection, and identifying nursing diagnoses while coordinating with the healthcare team. Valid state RN license, current health certificate, PPD/Chest X-ray, and BLS are required; 1 year

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.

Open Nights: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 7pm-7am

Salary: $35- $45/ per hour
