Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting.

Open Days include Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 7am to 7pm, with Open Nights on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 7pm to 7am. The position pays $35–$45 per hour and offers home health care experience in a one-to-one patient setting.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN or LPN experience preferred.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
