Rocky Mountain PACE is seeking a registered nurse in Colorado Springs, CO to perform skilled nursing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans. The role requires state licensure and a commitment to patient education and safety.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly wages ranging from $38.38 to $44.14, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and a 403(b) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program and licensed in Colorado.
• 1 year healthcare experience with frail or elderly population preferred.
• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
• Familiar with emails, internet, timekeeping systems and Electronic Health Records.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments.

As an RN you will:

• Provide skilled nursing assessments to participants.
• This position is responsible for working directly with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), participant, and his or her representative to achieve the goals of the care plan. Communicates to the family or care giver and provides appropriate patient education.

Must have:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program and licensed as a professional in the State of Colorado is required.
• Health care experience in hospital, long-term or home health care setting with 1 year of experience with a frail or elderly population is preferred.
• Must have a reliable transportation and must maintain current automobile insurance.
• Must be familiar and work efficiently with computer applications such as email, navigating the internet, using electronic timekeeping, and Electronic Health Records
• Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments

• Pay starts at $38.38 and goes up based on experience
• Mileage compensation at current federal rate
