Salary: $32 - $35 / Per Hour

Maxim Healthcare in (insert location) is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services, as required.
• Initiate the plan of care when directed and request necessary revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report such changes to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document their effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols, and identify areas for education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
