Job summary

PruittHealth in Georgia seeks a Clinical Liaison to grow home infusion referrals. The role builds relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians and infusion centers, educating sources on patient placement and home treatment options.

The ideal candidate is an RN or LPN with at least 3 years in healthcare sales or related roles, able to travel regionally and collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth transitions from acute care to home infusion services.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of 3 years healthcare sales or clinical liaison experience.
• Experience calling on hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and physicians.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer reimbursement for infusion services.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, care coordinators, physicians, and infusion centers.
• Conduct routine sales calls on hospitals, health systems, physician groups, infusion centers, and clinics.
• Educate referral sources on home infusion services, patient eligibility, and reimbursement considerations.
• Collaborate with hospital care teams to ensure smooth transitions from acute care to home infusion.
• Serve as a clinical resource on infusion protocols for referral partners.
